
All sessions use hypnosis to help shift patterns that operate automatically in the mind and nervous system.
The options below offer different levels of time and depth, depending on the type of issue you would like to address.
If you are unsure which format is most appropriate, you are welcome to begin with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. After scheduling a session, we begin with an intake conversation to understand your situation and prepare for the work.
The number of sessions varies depending on the nature of the pattern you want to change. Some issues shift within a single session. Others benefit from additional sessions when the pattern has been present for a long time or tends to appear in several situations.
After the first session, we can assess together whether further work would be useful.
There is never any obligation to continue beyond what feels appropriate for you.
People experience hypnosis in different ways.
Some feel deeply relaxed, similar to meditation. Others remain aware and simply notice their attention becoming more focused.
Both experiences are completely normal.
Hypnosis is a state of focused attention. It is not sleep or loss of control. You remain aware and able to respond throughout the session.
Hypnosis works best when someone is open to the process, but it does not require any special ability or particular personality type.
The goal is simply to allow the mind to access patterns that normally operate automatically.
